No more advice to offer, but I must say that in the five years I have been with Sprint I have had to contact customer support only a few times and I have visited a Sprint corporate store a few times for assistance with hardware issues and a service issue. In each case I have found the reps to be courteous, helpful and far from disinterested.
I suppose the rep they have earned came from somewhere, but my personal experience has been very positive.
I guess I am lucky.....
