ohh ok, yeh the accounts are separate, I sent the unit to our other office to let it charge up as the battery is wearing down and the cradle is over there. I was running out of time before the fedex guy gets here.

If your two accounts are seperate (your exchange admin account and personnal account) then just apply the changes I suggested below to your personal account and test again once you get your charge back.

The other thing you can do is to open the users and computers management console after selecting advanced features in the view menu expand the domain and select the users container.

right click on one of the affected users and select properties then select the security tab.

add the BES admin account to the Groups and users box and then grant it the send as permission in there.

Stop the router for 20Mins if 4.0 or above or the Blackberry service for 20 mins if 3.6

Try sending again.

ok I did that, I will have to update in the morning when the unit gets delivered to the other office.

bb works again, I had the Blackberry Service on the server stopped for quite a while, restarted it, and placed the unit on the cradle and let it get the policy update and it sends email again. Thanks for ya'lls help.
