Had another RPC crash today after following the advice in the above fix.

Anyone got any other ideas or should I escalate it to RIM?

Also noticed that Post SP3 hot fix 3 has been released. I've installed that and rechecked the fix in the link above and fingers crossed!

i'm trying it tonight around midnight eastern, so i'll post how it goes as well... who knows, might work

Same link as before that I posted (the zipurl link is dead right now) - working fine for me upon reboot (I also patched to HF3). Did about 10 minutes worth of double-clicking users and all of them came back just fine. I'll see what happens in the next day or so when I get to add a new user.
