I ask him if it is okay to send half now and the other half when i receive the phone(fear of being scammed) and he says yes, so i western union him the 300 I check to see if the money was picked up and it was and after 2-3 hrs no tracking info was sent so I call and call and call (about 35 times) with no answer, he states he was busy, but not too busy to pick the money up. So later on we communicate and he states he does not like my attitude so he was going to sell the phone to someone else and he will send my money back when it is convenient for him, BS. He lives in Richmond, Ohio. SCAMMER all the way.

They also say not to use wire transfer. I just sold a 8330 on ebay and I am a little concerned about the buyer in this case! Good luck!
