Hello, fellows, I am a new BB owner. I bought the phone unlocked and curently use ATT. I only have phone call service and can receive message from other but cant send out message. I know that there are so many functions like internet browseing or GRPS. I am wondering if i can still surfing on internet using WIFI or use GPRS.

Without a BlackBerry Data plan you are very limited in what you can do.

You can do limited things (with third party browsers) if you have another type of data plan.

Note that AT&T periodically sweeps their network looking for devices without data plans and add them to the account. With or without your agreement.
