Im trying to keep my old appointments on the calendar to refer back to in the future.

i was told that i can just change the setting of the KEEP APPOINTMENTS option, bt i dont see such a choice.


Also this is the 8830 world edition on Verizon

Under calendar options there should be a place to change "Keep appointments" to "Forever"

Its a common misconception, but it only works if you are on a BES. you want to setup intellisync to sync past items.

They may have introduced it when they released the cical service books for BIS. I'll have to test it next time I get a BIS only handheld.
