Default BES Server - Carriers shown as numbers and no numbers on multiple carrier BES?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there any way in the BES server (4.x) to display the carrier as a name rather than text - also curioulsy on our BES server which we built using a T-Mobile setup file source other vendors such as O2 and Voda do not show up in teh list for telephone number - the devices work etc just the number isnt shown somehow both on the devices and the BES ?

Any help appreciated

Sounds like your vendor.xml is out of date.

Wireless service provider name does not display in BlackBerry Manager

As ^ said update both device and vendor.xml file. If you use Blackberry manager on a remote/admin workstation you'd need to upgrade those files there too.
