i've installed three themes but only one has activated, why is that? the other two themes said they were compatible with my device but they're not showing up in my themes menu. i read that i'm supposed to take the battery out afterwards but i did that, and it still didn't work. what should i do?

Are the themes specifically for the 9300 and for the OS that you are running?

it's not specifically for the 9300, the themes can be used on other versions too.
and OS? i'm not sure.

You should check to make sure that they are compatible with the OS version on the device.

how do i know what my OS is? is it like a number or is it called something? sorry, i'm not much of a tech-y person, hahaha.

my OS is 6.0 (hopefully i'm looking at the right thing). and the theme i'm trying to get is says 4.2.0 or higher, so I still don't understand why it's not working

btw, the theme I want (that's not installing) is called "Azure and Pink" in App World.

Unless it specifically indicates that is is compatible with OS 6.0, it probably isn't. 6.0 is very different from the previous OS versions.

Try a different theme from a different source and see if it works.

Alternately, contact the theme developer direct to inquire whether it works with 6.0.

I had a problem with the cherry theme on my blackberry curve 3G. Contacted the support for the theme and they sent me the 9300 download link for it and it finally appeared in my themes. it didnt say what was supported in order to get the theme on your phone. So I ask and I got help. Hey I paid $3.99 for the theme I had to do something =) It only happend with that theme. The others worked fine.
