Ditto on the reminder chirps...Those max 3 chirps often go away too quickly to be noticed....

except there is a bug where when scrolling down is garbles everything up and I have to scroll back up to "refresh" it to read it. Annoying enough that I uninstalled it until this gets fixed.

Default AutoText Synchronization

If you are still looking for tool suggestions ... how about a tool to synchronize Blackberry and Microsoft Word AutoText entries?

Default Call from Calendar

Basically when in the calendar, this app would create a new calendar entry, enter the word "call", bring up the address book, let you search, and enter an name, and then give you a choice of phone numbers. When complete you would have calendar entry: Call ET 415-789-9030. You could then set the time etc.

I agree with Stinsonddog, at least have a menu option to add a phone number from your address book. As it is now I have to first copy a phone number then create the appointment and paste the number in the subject field. Only then can I call from the appontment. But even then you have to open it when alerted.

Thanks for your Help.

Webmessanger has a BB Alert monitor that will do this. You set up a filter for the type of message you want to be alerted to, and it will remind you every so often that you have missed an SMS, voice message, etc. If you are familiar with the Treo app "Butler" it takes the place of the "attention" feature. I just wish the reminder tones were different and louder, and for some reason, the alrerts dont conform to the current "profile" setting. So if you profile is 'vibrate' the app still plays the tone. Otherwise it is a decent app.

I would love to see in application that creates an e-mail that shows my availablity between two given dates/times based on my calendar entries.

It would be ideal if there were settings for either showing busy times or open times, as well as whether to show what I am doing and where I'm doing it in the text created (ie privacy).

For instance, for some people, I might want it to read "2/6/06 12:30-13:30 Busy" while in other cases it might reveal what I'm actually doing.

I would think the first verson would just show busy times since this is the most likely to be generally useful.

Think of how much easier it would be to schedule meetings with people! I get so tired of picking date/times out of my calendar to negotiate times to meet.

Exclamation Good Ideas?

Simple softwares.

Gmail Drive?
pay for space? why not put everything in the Gmail Account?
search the net for the GMAIL Drive software and you find a best solution for storage

Word and Excel.
Well, all of us need a free software for reading, editing or creating new files DOC or XLS... All the solutions in market have a problem with price, the master solution (eOffice) have the same price of a new BB model in some operators...

Picasa
Jiveslide connects to yahoo photos, anyone here have account on yahoo photos?

Project Manager?
today I access my netoffice or dotproject directly in browser but no adjust, and the common problems with java and flash create a problem in use...

This is my ideas
sorry the poor english!

Emvbase, thanks for misinforming. eOffice is a bundle of applcations. eCell for spreadsheets processing and eWord for docs are cheaper - $59.95 and $74.95 accordingly
