Hi Folks,
I have a Pearl and am going to upgrade to the 8800 at the end of the month.
Will I/Do I have to get a new PIN with the phone, or will my current one do?

The PIN is hard coded to the BlackBerry.
Get a new BB, you get a new PIN.

Steve, are you talking about the PIN or your SIM card? If it's the SIM card, you can use the same one you currently have. Just pop it in and you're all set. But as pointed out, the PIN is an identification unique to each phone and can't be changed (as far as I know).

It's the PIN I was talking about.
I hasn't sure if it was tied to the contract or the phone.
