Default What folders should I see when configuring BB Link?

Please Login to Remove!

Greetings Everyone.

When setting up BB Link.....

When clicking on the "Configure" buttons for both Contacts and Calendar, one of the options is "Folders to Sync." What should appear as choices of "folders to sync?"

At the moment, no folders appear, even when clicking on the folder icon with the "+" sign. I once had folders there, but none appear now, so I have no folders from which to choose! I don't know why the folders that were once there have now disappeared, but I believe I may have unwittingly changed something in Outlook that has stopped the ability of BB Link to actually "link" to folders in Outlook. Previously, there were a ton of folders from which to choose.

I sure did screw this up! I guess I need to go into Outlook and reset some things...just don't know what/how.

Advice would be welcomed! Best wishes and thanks.....

Make sure the Link is configured to see your Outlook.

Thanks for your reply. Strangely, my BB Link IS configured to see my Outlook program, but the list of folders that once appeared there is no longer there! I'm pretty sure that it disappeared because I changed something in Outlook (damned if I can recall what or how...LOL), but how about this....

I found an older version of BB Link in my recycle bin, deleted the latest version of BB Link and reinstalled the older one which DID work (as opposed to the later version), and now I am able to sync my Z10 again!

Note: The list of folders that is supposed to appear when configuring BB Link also doesn't appear in the older version of BB Link that I reinstalled. Regardless, I'm now obeying the axiom of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I'm now once-again able to sync my Z10 with Outlook...and I am NOT going to changed a thing!
