Once you downloaded the OS, double click on it to install it to your PC. After it's been installed, locate and delete the vendor.xml file.
Once you've deleted the vendor.xml file, connect your device to your PC and launch DM. Then go into App Loader and put a check next to BBM. Click Next and it should install BBM on your device again.

The vendor.xml file? If so, it should be located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader
