hah I JUST used it for real (for once.. all the other times have been tests and messing around). And it worked perfect, I was driving and about to respond to an email and was like hey.. I can finally use this program. 10x quicker than typing it and much safer! I just doubt I will use it but once in a while where I have to reply to an email while driving. This would be great for people with long commutes.

I still haven't had any feedback from Jott directly.

Feedback from Jott customer service regarding email signature:

Hi David,

There is currently no signature support for Jott for BB.

But I will pass the suggestion along as it would be nice to have your Jott sig be carried through your BB as well.

No problem. Kind of sucks not to have the signature. Inconvenient to have to leave your email address and phone number etc at the end of every Jott. Especially since you only have 30 seconds to record and you have to actually spell out your email address. I deffinetly wouldn't pay for the service if this couldn't be added.

Had my first REAL problem with the program. After replying with "Jott", 6 hours later I receive this email:

Your attempt to use Jott for BlackBerry wasn't successful. You may need to upgrade to the latest version of Jott For BlackBerry at Jott for BlackBerry.

So the mail I thought I sent, was never sent. :(
