need to send a service book for bb corrector.I can't find how to do that.Tried searching for procedure but no luck.Can I have a hint......please.....

Go to your BIS and under Profiles there should be a way to resend the service books you need.

resend service books = options (advanced on 7100) > host routing tables > register now

np. if you need the webclient cmime service book or the service book for the html browser, you can send those from your BIS account online.
