If contacts, you would either need to restore from your back up or synch with whatever PIN (Outlook, Google, etc.) that you have used.

Contacts are not a problem, that was backed up on the BU assistant and resynced after the full reset.

For receiving email on the device, you will need to reregister using the host routing table, which will resend the service books, or log into the Verizon BIS and resend service books from there. Then do a battery pull.

Thanks for URLS...
The directions in the URL apparently do not apply to the 9930:
However, a general search of the device using the search mechanism does find a routing table. Using options menu there to `Register now' Pressing that, I see a message saying `Registration message sent - OK' I press OK
Going to the BIS site listed for verizon in the URLs provided, after entering the appropriate info, I am told I cannot access the BIS site Via html.
The actual message:
<bis.na.blackberry.com>
"Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access BlackBerry Internet Service."
I guess this means the browser on my phone? Using that and entering the address given I get an error saying I've entered a domain that is not configured on my device.
So far the score is lots of time spent but results are zero.
Surely there is some more germane way to do this.
So far I've gained no ground at all.
