Default Require assistance for gmail inbox after OS update

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone. I have an issue with my 9650. I did an OS update last night using Loader.exe and after restoring all my apps, msg's and etc, my gmail inbox was empty. All my gmail emails DO show up in my Messages folder but for some reason, they are marked as Drafts now. This has never happened to me before and I have done tons of OS updates thus far. I reverted back to my previous OS and it isn't fixed.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

These are the times when I wish BIS would push AND sync emails like Outlook does...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Just to elaborate a bit more, the Label field has "Drafts" next to all the emails that aren't showing up in my Inbox portion. I've NEVER used the Label feature before in either BB or Gmail's website. I can't even find a way to change the Label field to "Inbox". I've hence stopped all incoming emails until I find a way to fix this.

And yes, I've searched BBF and countless other sites for my exact issue. It's hard to believe that I'm the only one with this particular problem. Any suggestions?

Anyone? I could really use some help. Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks for replying akosnitzky. I have already checked my BIS settings multiple times and everything is in order. It's really strange why this happened. Even after rolling back to my previous OS and restoring from the loaderbackup file that was created then, it still happens.

A similar issue has happened to me in the past two or three times (I've had numerous BB's) where I would update my OS or do a restoration and one of my email boxes would suddenly be empty. All the email messages would show up in the general messages folder but wouldn't go back to their respective mailbox. I never figured it out and neither could ATT, VZW or RIM. I just dealt with it at the time but it's starting to really REALLY annoy me now.

I have one gmail.com, three verizon.net, one hotmail.com, one yahoo and a blackberry.net inbox on my 9650 (VZW) and only my gmail mailbox has the issue.
