Default stop polling pop account

Please Login to Remove!

hi,
i was wondering if there was a way from stopping the blackberry/tmobile isp service to stop polling a pop account for email?

i know the duh answer would be to delete the account from the web interface... but are there any other ways?

one other way... delete the service book. This will disable both send and receive from/to that account.

abbey,
i wont the email address in the service book - this way i can pick that address as the reply-to. but i can forward the email to my tmobile account and pop it locally giving me real time email for a pop account.

does that make sense? :-S

Many SMTP servers do not require authentication so changing the password may not be a problem. You might want to check to see if yours requires authentication.
