Hello we are running bes 4.1.6.55 on Domino 8.02FP1

I noticed lately that for some reason after the upgrade of the users mailfile and clients to 8.02 ( from 6.X ) , there are address book synchronization problems

The notes client itself does the sync ok ( populates the inotes contacts folder in the mailfile ) , but on the handheld the wireless sync option in the nab is set to unavailble.

Workaround is to fill in server ( CN ) and mailfilepath in the blackberry manager profile for the user under PIM sync and then address book ( Location - Server & Location - Relative Path ), remove the Desktop [Sync] Servicebook and re-add it.

But I thought that in the past these fields were populated automatically ? I checked older users and these fields are populated. And are they necessary ( because the contacts are in the mailfile and not in a seperate nab ) for correct synchronization ?

I checked also the PrePopulatePIMforInotesUsers reg key, but seems irrelevant for me since we do not use an external nab for each user
