Wirelessly posted (White and Nerdy)

Mine is usually about 85-90 percent with my everyday use. That's about 1 hour of phone time, and maybe 45 mins of browsing and about 200-300text messages and the occasional facebook, email, twitter messages

after 1 days' average use for me, I am usually down to ~20% starting from 100% in the morning. I use it heavily with MSN, BBM, and browser (usually ~5-20MB per day) and most of my use is in 3G with about 15% in WiFi.

now mind you that 88% of all statistics are made up on the spot ;)

The battery on my 15 month old Bold 9000 was down to about 20% after a day of modest use. Some days, it was totally depleted by the evening.

Then I got a $7 non-OEM replacement battery from Amazon.com and now I have ~80% left after a day of use. Clearly, my old battery had lost capacity.

I got about 20-30% left after some browsing, calling, and messaging at the end of the night.

Stock battery finishes the day with 18-22% left.
Third party 3800mah batt i picked up In Tokyo gets some 75-82% left by the end of the day if podtrapper is not pulling my podcasts/videocasts, and 54-64% if it does.

My average usage is about a couple GB per month although i've been up to 6.3GB data usage in a single month.

My experience is that the 3G radio is much more power hungry than wifi on the same data load so use wifi when you have the option. Sadly for me i only get wifi around home, and although my admin was kind enough to allow wifi access for me the official corporate policy doesn't allow for it so i don't abuse the privilege.

Most days ~10-15%. Few minutes talk time, 2 hours enabled bluetooth to car playing music, an hour web-browsing, some over 3g, some over wifi. Few hundred text messages and bbm throughout the day.

Usually for me it's ~150 texts (sent and received), ~1 hour surfing on the internet, and on some days it's between 1-4 hours of listening Pandora, I got a new battery in my cart on crackberry.com so that should help me out a little bit on that aspect...

Do you of anyone in North America that sells this battery, and I am assuming battery door cover?

This is the only thing that I hate about my 9000 is the battery life... and well it is not on the Android system

Yeah, comes with a battery cover that actually fits better than the stock one. Even has openings for the cam/flash. I have no clue if anyone stocks them in the states. I've seen 3rd party batts for the Bold listed on ebay but i don't go near them since i've bought a couple of motorola batts of ebay sellers before that came from HK and were dead/unusable/unable to hold charge in 3 days.

Picked it up from a shop in Akihabara, Tokyo. They were mostly selling parts for electronics projects and had a rather huge section with batteries and power units. Had mine for a while now, no changes whatsoever in performance. Probably one of the reasons i've rejected a 9700 upgrade from my admin thrice this year.

By the end of the day I have already charged my bb once.

I am usually working on site and thus my bb is my only means of communcation. I talk roughly 200 mins/day on the phone, send 100-200 emails, a shit ton of texts and bbm's too. I never have time to put my bb in it's holster. It is always in my hand. No matter what I do, a new notification comes in.

I have to bring my charger to the site and charge it about 6 hours into the day otherwise the batt icon is red.

Mind you the site I am at is in the middle of nowhere and I am not even using the 3G the 9000 comes with unless I am at home in the city.
