Default 9700 icon theme?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there any free theme that is shows all my icons on my home screen? I like having access to everything right there... i like the stock icons, just want them all there, all the time lol

So you want a theme that doesn't have a homescreen at all and just the app screen?

This is a homescreen with 3 rows of icons on it, but it is still a homescreen.

To access your 4th row of icons you still need to hit the BB button.
To move icons you still need to hit the BB button.
To hide icons you still need to hit the BB button.
Etc...

If that was all you wanted I could have made you one for a lot less than the $5.30 they are charging for that one.

Well there doesn't seem to be much point in making one exactly the same as you already got...

I could make one with 4 rows of icons rather than 3? Or make one with custom icons? Or...?

Forgot to ask what BB you have (since your profile is out of date), hopefully it is a 480x360 device...

How's this?

Do you know why they got rid of the icon style theme?

Kind of funny that you'd like a theme like that, reason I say that is because when you have a bad SVG error in themebuilder, it makes a theme with NO homescreen, only the icon list.

It's basically an incomplete theme, but it appears to be EXACTLY what you're looking for.. Maybe I try to whip one up quick and see what happens for you?

Interesting, never heard of that. What kind of error can you cause for it to dump the whole homescreen?

Any bad syntax error will do it, like leaving out a quote here or there... I'm making one up quick, I'll post the SVG part when I'm done. Should only take a few minutes to whip up.

EDIT:

Basically you need to get this error from theme builder:
Code:
Warning: The following resources could not be included in the theme for reasons explained below:
	homescreen.svg

Warnings:
homescreen.svg: Failed to compile SVG file.

Errors in homescreen.svg:
Error: The element <animate> named "_anim_4" has a reference to "NoHome_Img_Normal49" which is not found.
1 error(s) were encountered.
Just got done building it, I'll post it up quick...

Here you go:
http://hatax.home.comcast.net/~hatax...ohome-9700.jad

I can guarantee it won't cause problems with SOMETHING, but I just loaded it on my 9700 and it seems to work just fine. One problem I do see so far is that you cannot change the wallpaper.... Not sure what can be done with it to fix it, but I'll take a peek and see if it can be done.

Otherwise, consider the above link a proof of concept.

Well you can never change the wallpaper on the app screen so that makes sense.
