Default 8700c Sync Problem with Outlook 2007

Please Login to Remove!

I recently upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2007 and now when I sync my 8700c the hour of the appt is off by 1 hour. For example, an appt set in Outlook for 9am is scheduled on the 8700c at 8am and an appt set on the 8700c for 10am is scheduled on Outlook for 11am, etc.

Has anyone else had this problem and/or have a suggestion on how to fix this?

My desktop version is 4.0.1.10 and my handheld version is 4.1.0.194

Thanks....Rick

AFTER MORE RESEARCH, I THINK MY PROBLEM IS RELATED TO THE CHANGE TO DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME AND NOT THE SOFTWARE UPGRADE. THERE IS A "PATCH" THAT I MIGHT NEED. HAS ANY ONE DONE THIS?

You need to update the BB to the latest OS for your carrier/device.

You also should be using Desktop Manager 4.2 as I think that version works better with Office 2007/Vista.

Well first off, you can do a search on here and find a few threads concerning those problems.

You can also go to the RIM website to get DM 4.2 and the latest OS for your device. BlackBerry - BlackBerry Downloads | Desktop Software Applications, Enterprise Server, Games & Ring Tones

I skimmed through your original post and the responses. May have missed it, but did you do the DST patches on your Windows and Outlook?
