Hey guys something happened to the messages (where you read the SMS) icon in my application menu it is not hidden (show all mode), I notice this because I have a new message and I can’t find a way to read it, any ideas, I made a battery pull and nothing happened! are there any other ways to read the SMS other than thru the Messages Icon?

Well I didnxxx8217;t even know there was a SMS/MMS Icon (obviously its missing too), but yes I canxxx8217;t see the Messages Icon, not only that I have a new message and I canxxx8217;t find it, I am desperate.

You probably can't see your SMS icons because it's combined with your email messages.

Messages icon > Menu > Options > General Options > SMS and Email boxes > Separate.

Now go to both icons and highlight the date, hit "Mark Prior Opened". The message icon in your homescreen should clear.
