I have recently changed my MX records to point to the Google mail servers. My email address including the domain name has not changed. After the MX records change I do not receive messages on my BB. I am receiving mail in Outlook and in Gmail. What changes do I need to make on my BB?

MX = mail exchanger. But not quite sure what it does.

Delete your account from BIS and add them again. It will start working.

I went to email settings on my BB and deleted my old email account. Then created a new email account with the same email address. You can do the same at BlackBerry Internet Service
If you have a user name and password, enter it in the fields.

If you don't already have a user name or password click on create new account:
You will be asked for the blackberry's pin # and esn which can be found by going to options then status:
Follow the steps to create a user name and password

Once signed in click the trash can next to the email account you wish to delete.

Click on setup new account and enter the email address and password
