Dear All,

we have BES 4.1.6 with diffenet blackberry devices models. Sometimes the attachements dont show up in some blackberry devices although they appear in outlook. The attachment could be doc, docx or pdf. Nothing specific and not specific to certain device model. When resending the email, the attachemnt appears....any clue?

What devices and OS?

Have you looked through any of the BES logs?
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs

Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue

Please post back the log info minus personal info

thanks a lot for your reply. We have bold 9000 & 9700 with OS 5....

I checked the log files and found nothing related to the problem. The strange thing is resending the email will deliver the attachment....
