Default Testing all activation methods on 4.1.6

Please Login to Remove!

Dear All,

we are testing all the activation methods on BES 4.1.6 and they worked find but the wired way were we connect a device to the BES using USB cable and the server recognizes it, but when pressing on assign device, an error messags says" there are no connected devices" although the device is recognized by the windows operating system. Any idea how to let BES see the device?

thanks in advance.

I gave up long time ago and just use OTA EA.

For pesky ones (used it maybe 2 years ago) I use desktop manager with logging enabled to see where the issue is.

Does it work with any other model? Any other USB port? Why don't you try latest SP/MRs to install on both, server and workstation?
