I cant add a contact with my bb Q10. After I enter the contacts information and press save...it just wont happen...is like i never did those steps!! it doesnt save anything!!

Try updating your contacts password on your accounts.
I need to do this at least once a week for my calendar.

I needed to update my iCloud password daily, but the last update sorted that out.

Iphone info? I never had this issue but I can see if the OP is using an Apple application to store info it may have issues. The OP never said he was using ICloud

I'm just saying that when I set up iCloud for syncing contacts and Calendar on my Q10 I often had to refresh the password. I was replying more to jgbrim. I got a little off topic there.

Last night my wife's Z10 also wanted a PW update for her email. She doesn't have an external cal or contacts file on Rogers Yahoo. So after reading the foregoing, and if those NOT on Rogers are having this same problem, it has to be a problem with BB10 s/w.

Also, talking about Iphones, my sister sent me her new address from her Iphone. I was pleasantly surprised it automatically updated my contact list when I opened the .Vcf attachment.
