Please help my 8520 displays "app error 523 reset" on screen and refuses to start. I have removed battery severally to restart but it still won't displaying same error code. Please help

But How I can retrieve the data before re install the OS? is there is any recovery software is there with any one please help

If you can manage to boot in safe mode, do a full backup.

If you can't manage to boot in safe mode, then nothing else to do.

Wipe, reinstall the OS, the restore your latest backup. (Hopefully you've been doing regular backups. If not, start so you are prepare if this ever happens again.)

I just picked up an 8520 from kijiji for next to nothing. App error 253 on the screen. a little google reading and BB software and it's up and running.
