My BB 8530 screen is a little scratched. i saw on ebay that you can replace just the cover and not the actual LCD screen. Is this something that is easy to do? Is it a matter of taking the old off and sticking the new on.

The "lens" is glued onto the screen.
By removing it, you are risking screwing up screen anyway.

what about the Keypad, i scratched one of my phone keypad 8520 so i was asking if its possible to get it changed with a new one, is it safe or doesn't worth it to open my phone to change the keypad.

i am srry to ask about this here, so its the same type of question so didn't wana cr8 my own thread to prevent spam.

Dissembling the phone voids warranty, however if you can do it, and are confident in doing it, its the cheaper route to change your own keypad.

The "cover" for the screen is just glued on around the edges. It includes all of the face, including the word "Blackberry" down to the top of the key-pad. A thin (unsharp) blade will remove it if you are careful.
