Yeah, but now we're bouncing back and forth answering each other in these two threads! I'm feeling dizzy...

I had no issues with my unlocked Rogers Bold on ATT so far (knock on wood).

Got tired of waiting for AT&T, but not for the Bold. Mine, from Rogers, should be here in a few hours.

That's awesome. You'll love it. Just be sure to update from that horrid .125.

Arrived and done. Now I'm registering with BES and hiding all the AT&T junk. This thing is as awesome as others have suggested.

.162/.167 on AT&T and I do not have any issues. Battery life is better on .162. Not sure what AT&T is waiting on. *cough* iPhone *cough*

Yep. 162 here as well, and so far so good. Love it. Won't get rid of it.

I stopped by the AT&T store nearby because I wanted to make sure everything was setup properly for the Bold. When the clerk asked what device, I told him the Bold. He didn't complain, offer any "unlocked device" warnings, or even seem surprised. He asked where I got it, and I told him Rogers. He just responded "ok." For the heck of it, I had him add the 30 day trial of AT&T Navigator. Everything works perfectly, and even the AT&T Navigator icon is the proper format for the Bold OS. Nice.

So, a few hours later, I determine that I hate AT&T Navigator. I'm going to use the Garmin software instead. I get home and call AT&T customer care, and I tell the woman that I want to drop AT&T Navigator. She helps me without complaint, and while she is checking my account, she says "oh, you have the Bold. Do you like it?" I tell her yes, and she tells me that as soon as AT&T releases it, she is going to get one. We talk about the Bold for a bit, and we end the call.

AT&T's system is apparently setup to handle the Bold. OS 162 seems to work fine. 3G is working fine (although maybe a bit slow... not too sure though). Funny thing is, the woman at AT&T customer care told me she heard the 15th as a release date. I just laughed when she said that, and explained that there was October 2, 15, 16, 20, 28, November 1, Christmas...

So, the Bold is excellent. Highly recommend it.
