I was with BT Mobile (possibly the world's most useless provider); I wanted to upgrade to a Blackberry at £95 plus a more expensive tariff, but they refused (Blackberrys are only for business customers, apparently), so I binned the contract. So, they lost a customer, and I got a free Pearl!

Paid 320 shipped out of eBay for an unlocked Pearl, the company has issued me a 7100 like a year and half ago, I called Cingular and told them that I would like to trade for the the Pearl, the lady said that it was going to cost 200 dollars, but that was a note on the corporate account that they only would sell if they would get a PO. I figured that to get approval for a PO even if I was paying out of my pocket it was way too much work and honeying people to get it done. So, I forked the 320 and it is mine. Just loved the phone. I also have a Moto Q, and I hate that phone.

Free after $50 rebate, 2yr contract, new activation. Had the Cingular store match Amazon's price. I also got them to waive the activation and still got the $100 porting credit per line.

I almost buy it for $480, but realized that it was kind of expensive then call my service provider (tmobile) for a replacement on my old phone but they offered me the pearl for $199 + 17tax with a 2yr agreement extension..
