I found out the problem when I called 611 . The t mobile people at the store never added it onto my plan so Ill have to call in the morning. I dont know what they did wrong. Thanks for all the help so far guys sorry about that.
Ok so I have the data plan now for my 8320. When I go to you tube it says they recommend me buying a service plan for some reason even though I already have one. It does not show up on my girlfriends 8330. Anyway to my understanding the reason I am getting the error "can not render video" or something of the sort is because my 8320 I just got does not have the new operating system. Am I right? Is there anyway I can get the new system? or another way to watch videos. I know tinytube gets the same error. Thanks
I get that same message on mine, stating that they recommend having a data plan, but it is just a warning. In order for the mobile YouTube to work you need to install operating system v4.5 on the device.
Hi im new here and my name is Rob :D Im going to be purchasing a 8320 from t-mobile today. I can not afford the data plan for the extra 40 dollars right now. I have been trying to figure out what exactly I will be able to do without the plan. I know I should be able to surf the web if im in an area with free wifi. Will I be able to use aim or bb messenger? I guess the question is what will I be able to do with a normal plan on the bb 8320. Thanks in advance :D Im looking forward to spending time on here and maybe one day helping out noobs like me.
