In are organization we have 6 exchange server with on BES,namel as MBX-01,MBX-02,MBX-03,MBX-04,MBX-05,MBX-06.

are BES Admin (Base)account is located on MBX-01.

currently we can add the users only from MBX-01 we can't add the users which are located on another exchange server. we have verified the permission with RIM.If we added the users from another exchange the activation is not happening..after some time it is showing as please contact administrator.
also we have run the IEMSTest for the users which are located on another exchange servers but we are getting error as "OpenMsgStore failed (8004011d)".

please help me because i have frustrated with this issue...

Are you sure you have set the BESAdmin permissions right on all mail stores?

Also what version of Exchange?

We have already set the BESAdmin permissions rights on all mail stores as per document provided by RIM.

The Microsoft Exchange version we are using is : 8.2.176.0

Erm, I was looking for Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 etc

I would check the mapi and cdo versions on your exchange severs and your BES

The version on your BES should be at the same version as your exchange server or higher.

I think this is the current version
