Question Wireless Sync of PIM without a BES?

The President of my company is retiring but is taking his Blackberry 8830 with him. He will no longer be on our BES but has come to enjoy wireless sync of email and PIM. Is there another Blackberry product that would provide this?

You can move him to a BIS plan for email and Nexthaus for PIM.
