Is there a way to set my blackberry to vibrate if I receive an email via my tmobile address only and not other email addresses that are on my blackberry?

You could set a filter (I think) to have all messages to your Tmobile email address come in as Level 1 messages. Then you can adjust the level 1 profile setting to vibrate.

You should be able to set that under profiles. Highlight the active profile and select edit. Then depending on BIS version and handheld OS version your email addresses should be listed. Edit each of them as desired.
