When I reply to an e-mail from my BB (Curve 9360) the recipient just gets a whole bunch of verbose (seemingly) random text and not my reply. Anyone know what's up with that?

Have you tried popping the battery out and then back in?

If that doesn't work, was the device recently dropped or did it get wet (or damp)?

No, none of the above. I've only had it a couple of months.
