I recently bought a Blackberry Bold 9700.
I've already had an existing Blackberry 8900 and I'm using the same sim card with the same contract on o2.

When I try to set up my email on the 9700 it says I need to contact my system administrator to find out whether an Enterprise Activation password will be provided, or if I need to install the Blackberry Desktop Software.

What does this mean? How can I set up my email?

Henry, are you on a corporate BES account through your employer?
Yes? Then contact your BES administrator.

If not, and you're a personal BIS account user, go to your O2 BIS login and change the PIN and IMEI on your account.

No I am not on a BES account.
However I cannot log into my BIS account because when I go to the email setup it goes straight to this option:
"Set up a work email account with a BES."
Then it goes and asks me if I have a BES activation password.

Normally when you go to email setup it goes to terms and conditions but mine goes straight to BES.

Log in to your BIS account on your computer, select Change Device, input the info for the new device, and it should send service books and you should have everything sorted.
