Is there any software out there that will let my pearl Ring and Vibe at the same time? I HATE how it can just vibe once or twice, and then ring! Any firmware out there that allows the simultaneous ringing and vibe???

Unfortunately, No.

I really like having it vibrate before it rings. This way I have a warning while I am in a meeting that a call may be coming in and it gives me a chance to ignore the call before it starts ringing. That being said I can understand the desire to have it ring and vibrate at the same time. It would be nice if we could have both options.

When I first get my pearl, I miss having it vibrate and ring at the same time too after getting use to all the other phones that has this features.

But after a while, I really like it this way for the same reason that Stewie mentioned.
