BES Domino 4.1.6 MR3

It's out and I've installed it on our 3 BES servers. We've pretty much encountered all the SDR's it addresses, so let's hope it's truly solved. Most of our problems with 4.1.6 are all related to HTML mails, we even found bugs that they said won't be fixed until 5.0 (quite disappointing).
