Delete the Vendor.xml file located at c:/program files/common files/research in motion/apploader after you install the OS to your PC. Then run the program Loader.exe in that same directory.

No, unless you are having issues with the build you install.

I installed it last night and now I can't seem to be able to install either the bb messenger or docstogo. Not even manually via app. loader. Can someone help?

When I run the apploader everything works fine, however, until the "contacting the COM" part of the process because my phone keeps rebooting at that moment and becoming undetectable by my computer. I've tried it 4 times and each time it reboots exactly at this moment and I get an unidentifiable user error message. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
