Have you tried the Data Monitor app from the Mobihand app store. I downloaded it last week and it works well on my 9700.

If you are with Rogers in Canada, they have released an app called "My Account" you can download it by going to http://www.rogers.mobi/myaccount (note: you must be with either Rogers or Fido)

I've been using a small app called Telicost. It's on the AppStore.

I think it works fine, and has a lot of options to set it up to your liking. The only thing I think it's missing is a way to set up free SMS telephone numbers, as I have that option here in Mexico, and the app doesn't let me add the numbers that I can SMS for free, the way it lets me register the numbers I can call for free.

I'm on Rogers and I have the "My Account" application on my Blackberry Bold 9700. I also downloaded the http://mda.e-office.com/ program mentioned earlier in this thread.

The numbers don't match and since I'm charged by what "My Account" shows, this is the program that I rely on. I find that the http://mda.e-office.com/ under reports carrier usage when WiFi is active even though some programs will bypass WiFi (regardless of whether it is active or not) and always use the carrier's network.

I downloaded this app last night and while it seems to be recording my cellular and wifi data it is not picking up my SMS's and calls.

Any idea if I can export the log files, it would a be a great way to monitor multiple devices.
