I don't know of any free solutions but I use SlingPlayer Mobile with my Slingbox and SPB TV (paid).

SlingPlayer Mobile with my Slingbox allows me to watch any program that I can watch on my television at home.

SPB TV has some selected television stations from around the world

There is Orb but I haven't been able to get it to work on my Blackberry Bold 9700. I have gotten it to work with my iPhone 3GS (with the paid version of Orb).
