Default Blackberrt internet connection: not connected

Please Login to Remove!

Question to all of the smart BES admin out there.
two weeks ago I have noticed that my 9700 has been kinda slow when connecting to the internet, Also, my Blackberry browser and the WAP browsers were gone. but I am still on the BES, sending and receiving emails and able to use the internet, but only via the internet browser.

I checked my service status and saw that blackberry internet connection was showing :not connected (pic attached)
The question is, is this due to a new IT policy? I have been using blackberry for almost 7 years and never seen this "status not connected" issue before.
thanks for the help

That very well could be an IT policy. Did you have personal email set up through a BIS connection? Is that gone? Have you gone into security options to see if your IT policy name has changed? Often when browser icons have changed or are missing, it can be due to an IT Policy change. Ask some co-workers if they have the same IT policy and see if they experience the same scenario. Hope this helps.
