Device status things? Can you elaborate?

If you installed the Gmail application from Google, Options > Advanced > Applications. Delete.

If you set up Gmail on your BIS account, just go back as you installed it, and delete the account.

You downloaded one of the illegal beta OS for your device and did not delete all of the user tools, and you are now reporting all your usage activity to RIM through the Quincy tools.

Wirelessly posted

How do the Quincy reports go to your email? Did you change the email on the service menu?

Technically... You need to be a Beta Tester. They are not intended for the general public.

Same way you "installed" it, at your carrier BIS site.

read the FAQ here?

On your PC go to control panel >add/remove programs. Uninstall a program called "RIM Internal Tools." After that's uninstalled, run Desktop Manager/Application Loader and it should remove Quincy and the other tools that were installed. You don't want that stuff on your BB.
