I am having trouble figuring this one out. My wife's work phone, a Sprint 8330 only rings once. I have checked everything in profiles and can not figure out how to make the ring tone play more than just once. Even when selecting a ring or tune it only rings once. I tried searching but couldn't find the answer so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm assuming you've done a battery pull.

Does changing profiles help at all?

I am only going off of what I have read previously - but could it be a ring "time" issue where you can call the carrier and get them to extend the ring time?

Maybe by the time it vibrates twice then the ring starts it is timed out?

Has her Curve always done this, or is it a recent development? Did anything else change on the device, have you installed any new apps or themes?

I had the same problem with my last Blackberry from my job (a 7520), and was unable to resolve it. The new one I have (the 8350i) isn't much better - I can't get it to ring more than 3 times, no matter what I do.

That's sounds like a carrier issue. Call them.
