Thanks,

I've been trying as well and get to that same point. So close- I'm a sirius subscriber and therefore can listen online for free but just need to see if there is a way to listen on the 8800 rather than my powerbook.

any ideas?

there's a guy who has developed a Sirius player for Windows Mobile devices. I don't have the link to his blog handy, I can post it later. He says that he's looking to develop one for Blackberry because so many people ask him for it. Hopefully RIM releasing those API's will lead to the Sirius player. I'd love to have that on my BB.

i doubt anything official would be released from RIM or Sirius b/c they want subscription services..but if you can find the link to the blog that would be helpful, thanks.

For Canadians, held hostage by the Evil Rogers Empire and the Bell Conglomerate, is there any way to get this without incurring massive overdata usage? I suppose the only way would be if Rogers sold it direct and didn't count the particular data.

I found the guy's site. Code
On the forum where I found this he was saying what he needs is a BB media player that can handle ASX streaming files. Again, I'd really be into having this...if it's possible at some point.

I have not personally tried it but there are other threads on this that say that it works. I might go to the cingular store and have them show it off maybe? I would want to test it out before i pay for it. (personally want my sirius)

Go to aximsite.com and search on Sirius. There's a thread about the software for WM. I don't have Sirius, yet (I'm an XM subscriber), but w/ the pending merger, who knows?

I didn't find it and Cingular's website states that the 8800 is not compatible. .
