Just keep looking, this forums is filled with good themes for the pearl. There are also lots of links to other sites that have them...

And don't forget that you can always make your own. Just find a nice theme with the icons you like and install it. From there, add your own wallpaper, and you're good to go.
I must have bought & downloaded a hundred themes until I figured that out. Now, the one I have (Bold bottom zen with my wife's pic as the wallpaper) as good as any.
