I have a blackberry 8330 working off a BES server & Outlook 2007. When I open an email on my BB it will show in Outlook as having been opened within a few seconds. But if I open the email from outlook it will not show as opened on my BB. I have tried adjusting the reconciliation settings, updating the BB to the latest OS & apps, refreshed the Outlook profile & recreated the Outlook OST file. Still the same issue. Anyone with an idea would be appreciated.

Does the reconciliation not happen instantly or not at all? How long does it take if it does happen?

When opening an email on the BB outlook is updated within a minute or so. When opening an email from Outlook the email remains in an unopened state on the BB indefinitely.
