The best idea I have for you is Google Voice. If you sign up for a number, it lets you record incoming calls by pressing the number 4 at any point during the call.

No doubt...I tried Google translate, but they don't do Javanese.

It did manage to pull "telephone", "continue" and "little tape recorder" from all that when I switched it to Indonesian though. LOL

Perhaps it loosely translates to "put a little tape recorder up to your telephone and continue to press record"...
