Default Two Questions

Please Login to Remove!

I have researched and looked under the BlackberryFAQ for the past hour and I am unable to find answers to the following question.

1. I changed my password on my email account, where do I find the password section for my email account on my BB so it can continue access my email account?

2. When I receive emails from websites that have logo's or pictures on them, the logo or picture will not load, I get a dotted line box that say logo in it. Do I need some type of app for it to load properly?

First problem: Goto you e-mail set up: then select create a new account. It willtake you to a page that lists all your accounts. Select the account you want to change. Select edit. Then change what you need to change save and exit.

Second problem.
I'm responding on my phone so, what is your device and OS?

Going to email settings and create new account. It will not take me to the page you are talking about that list all email accounts. The page that comes up states that an email account already exist for this device and to contact service provider.

Pull the battery while the phone is on. Leave it out for thirty seconds. When the phone re-boots try again.

Your allowed 10 accounts on a BIS. If you only have one then you should be taken to that screen to set up another account.

To change the password, you have to log into your BIS account, edit the email account to make the change. Either log in using the device itself or on the web.
