Not sure how this would work, but do have a suggestion. You might want to walk your CEO through the process of syncing contacts with the device, then initiating e-mail from his contacts. This would kill two birds with one stone - CEO only needs to push a few buttons to find the correct contact and start a message, and you don't have to monkey around with aliases. Entering the body of the e-mail is going to take a lot more typing than entering an address, so either way, he's going to have to do some typing on the device. I think creating aliases simply for his convenience sets a bad precedent. Just because something can be accomplished with the technology doesn't necessarily make it a good idea.
